The leading HR service provider in Eastern Hungary, offering comprehensive staffing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as multinational companies. The group specializes in every aspect of student employment, standard labor contracts, pensioner and simplified employment, as well as the recruitment and selection of highly qualified professionals.
The goal of the campaign was to establish HSA Group as a distinct, high-prestige umbrella brand within the HR sector, clearly separated from the namesake HSA. The objective went beyond a simple visual refresh: it was about building a bold, clearly recognizable brand capable of holding a leading position in the labor market over the long term.
A strategic, multi-layered approach supported the brand’s growth, boosting awareness, sharpening its character, and strengthening its market position. A full visual rebrand, a new website launch, a nationwide TVC campaign, and sponsorships with top sports teams like Ferencvárosi TC and NEKA all worked toward one goal: to establish HSA Group as a modern, recognizable, and nationally known brand.
The campaign generated nearly 30 million impressions across TV, stadium, and digital channels. The TVC alone reached 7.5 million viewers, and traffic to the new website more than doubled compared to the previous year.
Brand awareness took a clear step forward, HSA Group didn’t just show up in the minds of the target audience; it stayed there.
